Stages
Rough, final and touch-up cleans.
Stage 01 Rough clean
Debris out, surfaces swept and scraped, the space made workable for the finish trades.
Stage 02 Final clean
Detail work before hand-off: glass, fixtures, cabinetry, trim and floors, including window sticker and label removal, glass and track cleanup.
Stage 03 Touch-up clean
The last pass after punch, timed to the walk-through or the closing.
Ongoing Site & model upkeep
Construction site janitorial during the build, plus spec and model home upkeep while a property is being shown.
